Job description
Personalcare Registered Professional Nursing, P.C. is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Ulster County Jail in Kingston, NY. The DON will manage nursing care delivery, ensure adherence to nursing standards, and supervise nursing staff within the facility.
The role requires NY RN licensure, prior management experience in a medical setting, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate administrative and clinical activities. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered.
