Job description
Oklahoma Healthcare in Fairland, OK is seeking an energetic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our resident-centered care teams. The DON will oversee 24/7 nursing services, develop policies, ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines, and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize resident outcomes.
