Job description
Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing to manage Nursing Services for a 5-star facility. The RN will oversee 24-hour supervision, maintain quality care standards, and ensure regulatory compliance under state and federal guidelines.
The role requires current RN licensure, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and 5+ years in long-term or acute care with supervisory experience. In the Administrator's absence, you will oversee center operations.
