Job description
Heritage Crossings in Geneva, Nebraska seeks a visionary Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership for our 68-bed skilled nursing facility and to oversee RN activities in the assisted living unit.
In this dual leadership role, you will partner with the LNHA, mentor the nursing team, maintain 5-star CMS ratings, ensure compliance, drive QAPI initiatives, and promote a dignified, family-focused culture.
