Job description
Valley View Post Acute is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department, oversee staffing, and ensure resident safety and quality care. The DON will develop and implement nursing policies and procedures and coordinate with physicians and families.
This role requires BSN (preferred), current state licensure, and at least 7 years of nurse-management experience. You will manage budgeting, QA, MDS and care planning, and lead in-services for clinical staff.
