Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services with administrative authority, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate care planning for residents.
The DON will oversee staffing, MDS/RAI processes, and interdisciplinary collaboration across a network of facilities. A Minnesota RN license and relevant training are required, with a focus on rehabilitation, gerontology, and nursing administration.
