Job description
Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) (RN) to lead our clinical team in skilled nursing and long-term care. The DON will oversee nursing operations, mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvements while partnering with physicians and staff to deliver resident-focused care.
