Infinite Care Consulting is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in the Mount Kisco, NY area. This is a confidential search with strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily nursing operations, coaching the nursing team, ensuring survey readiness, and partnering with facility leadership to improve patient care and operational performance. Salary $130,000–$200,000/year DOE.
