Job description
Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of resident care. The DON will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, manage staffing, and maintain full regulatory compliance.
