Job description
Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lakewood, NJ is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations and elevate patient care. This full-time role oversees clinical staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality improvement across the facility.
The DON will manage hiring, scheduling, infection control, and collaboration with medical staff, while maintaining staffing ratios and controlling costs.
