Job description
Professionalpac seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and direct the nursing department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards under the Administrator and Medical Director.
You will recruit and schedule staff, monitor training, oversee admissions and wound care, develop policies, conduct annual performance reviews, participate in surveys, and drive quality improvement across the facility. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.
