Job description
Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the Nursing Services Department and residents’ health concerns on our Health Campuses. The DON ensures quality care under guidance from the Executive Director/Administrator and Medical Director.
The role directs planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing programs, leads clinical teams, and maintains QA processes to address deficiencies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
