Job description
Trilogy Health Services is hiring a Director of Nursing for our Lafayette Health Campus. The DON will oversee residents' health concerns and manage the Nursing Services Department in line with federal, state, and local regulations under the guidance of leadership.
As a clinical leader, you will direct the nursing team, implement quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance during surveys and inspections while fostering a patient‑centered, high‑performing care environment.
