Job description
Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) at Lakeview Manor in Michigan to lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence. The DON will guide clinical staff, foster staff development, and promote a culture of safety and resident-centered care.
