Job description
Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide strategic nursing leadership across our campus. The DON will oversee nursing services, mentor staff, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.
Requirements include an Ohio RN license, five years in nursing leadership, and knowledge of skilled nursing regulations. Preferred BSN and geriatric nursing certification.
