Job description
Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee clinical operations. The DON will support staff, maintain a resident-centered environment, and uphold high standards of care.
Qualified candidates will have an active RN license and prior DON experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills. A supportive leadership team and opportunities for growth are offered.
