Job description
Edisto Post-Acute in Orangeburg, SC, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team and ensure exceptional resident care. You will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives in a welcoming, team-focused environment.
The DON will collaborate with physicians, families, and staff to maintain high standards of safety, dignity, and patient-centered care across all shifts. A BSN is preferred for this leadership role.
