Job description
Complete Care at Brakeley Park in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on resident care quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
The DON will provide operational leadership, mentor nursing leadership, partner with administration and the interdisciplinary team, oversee staffing and clinical processes, and drive quality initiatives to strengthen clinical outcomes.
