Job description
Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for our Hanover, IN Health Campus. The DON oversees residents' health concerns and manages the Nursing Services Department under the guidance of the Executive Director/Administrator and Medical Director.
You will lead the clinical team, develop and maintain a quality assurance program, and participate in regulatory surveys to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
