AVIR at White Rock is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in Texas. This role leads the clinical team, ensures high-quality resident care, and maintains regulatory compliance across the facility.
The DON manages nursing operations, mentors staff, and partners with leadership to build a patient-centered culture focused on safety, quality, and family engagement. Valid Texas RN license required; CPR certification preferred; experience supervising in healthcare settings
