Job description
Halcyon Home is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our home health team in San Marcos, TX. The DON oversees clinical departments, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates have Texas RN licensure and 2–3 years in home health with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Homecare Homebase EMR experience is strongly preferred.
