Job description

Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced facility. The DON will oversee staffing, policy development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and therapists to optimize care plans.
