Job description
Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations and the nursing staff in a healthcare or long-term care setting. You will lead RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive care quality improvements.
Strong leadership and EMR proficiency are required. The DON will develop care policies, supervise assessments, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and manage budget and resources to sustain excellent resident outcomes.
