Job description
CLEARVIEW NURSING CENTER in Sikeston, Missouri, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead resident care with a hands-on management style and ensure regulatory compliance. The DON will supervise nursing staff, develop policies, and coordinate care across departments.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and has experience in long-term care. This full-time role requires flexibility for emergencies and staff shortages on-site in Sikeston.
