Job description
Battle Creek Health Care Center in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality patient care. The DON will oversee daily operations, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians and families.
This role requires RN licensure, supervisory experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
