Job description
Valley Skilled Nursing Center in Modesto, CA seeks a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services, set policy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the care team to meet the highest standards for residents. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Administrator.
You will collaborate with physicians, departments, and regulators, develop staffing plans, oversee budgets, and drive quality improvement across shifts to uphold resident well-being.
