Director of Nursing — Lead Quality Care for the Underserved

Job description

Wellpath in Colorado is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high standards of patient care. The DON will collaborate with the Medical Director and supervise nursing staff, driving quality improvement and staff development across the facility.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Colorado, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in acute care settings, with ER/Med-Surg experience preferred.
