Job description
The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Southampton, NY seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and resident care in our 280-bed skilled nursing facility.
This senior leadership role requires strong CMS and NYS regulatory knowledge, plus ability to guide ADONs, unit managers, and nursing staff toward excellence in patient outcomes and staff development.
