Job description
Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead and advance nursing services in our Portland facility. The DON will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement while mentoring the nursing team.
The role requires an active RN license in Oregon, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), and at least 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years in leadership within long-term care.
