Job description
The Legacy Realty LLC in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services department and ensure compliance with physicians' orders and state regulations. You will oversee 24-hour nursing operations, supervise staff, participate in admissions discussions, and coordinate total resident care plans while maintaining quality standards and safety.
RN licensure and strong regulatory knowledge are required.
