Job description
Oak Village Healthcare – Oaktown, IN is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility. The DON will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality resident care, and support the nursing team in delivering excellence every day.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Indiana, has nursing leadership experience in long-term care, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
