Job description
Canyon Vista Post Acute in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team and guide clinical operations. The DON will oversee staffing, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a safe, respectful resident environment.
The role includes direct patient care as needed, MDS coordination, state survey participation, budgeting, and liaison with physicians and families. A BSN is preferred and active RN licensure in good standing is required.
