Job description
Red Bench Management in Brentwood, MO seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to coordinate on-site resident care and maintain residents’ independence as long as possible. You will liaise with hospital personnel, physicians, and community agencies, hire and supervise department staff, and make recommendations on staff evaluations and discipline.
This role requires RN or LVN/LPN credentials, 2 years in healthcare, and strong communication, math and decision-making skills.
