Job description
The Waters of Martinsville is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, supervise the Therapy Department, and ensure the highest quality resident care around the clock. The DON will drive regulatory compliance and supervise a skilled nursing team across shifts.
The role requires an active RN license, at least 2 years of nursing administration experience, and strong knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
