Job description
Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a premier nonprofit skilled nursing facility in Connecticut. The DON will provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and promoting resident-centered care.
The role reports to the Executive Director, leads a multidisciplinary team, drives quality improvement through QAPI participation, manages staffing, budgeting, and regulatory surveys, and partners with families
