Job description
Florissant Valley Health & Rehab in Missouri seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and uphold high standards of resident care. This role requires strong leadership, policy development, and 24/7 nursing oversight to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates, competitive pay based on experience, PTO accrual, observed holidays, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and a benefits package including 401(k)
