Job description
The Aston Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional resident care and achieving strong clinical outcomes at our Florida facility.
Responsibilities include overseeing nursing operations, developing policies, mentoring staff, ensuring licensure compliance, managing budgets, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve quality and resident satisfaction. On-call and variable hours may apply.
