Job description
Gulf Coast Village Assisted Living/Palmview in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations on-site. You will oversee licensed and ancillary staff, coordinate care across units, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate resident care.
The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, Florida RN license, and at least three years of administrative and supervisory experience in long-term care, plus knowledge of transitional care and budgeting.
