Job description
Integritus Healthcare seeks an experienced nursing leader to join Charlene Manor's management team. You will oversee nursing staff, guide staffing, and drive high-quality patient care across short-term rehab and long-term care programs.
You will set department objectives, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to optimize operations. An active RN license and substantial long-term care and nurse management experience are preferred.
