Job description
Heritage at Turner Park Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. In this on-site role, you will ensure compliant nursing services, guide staff, and support direct care for residents with professionalism and clinical excellence.
You will oversee recruitment, payroll review, care plan development, and collaboration with physicians to deliver personalized care. Strong leadership and Texas RN licensure are required.
