Job description
Charleston Manor is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services and coordinate resident care on site. The DON will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing and enforcing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high quality care.
The role requires an LPN license and CPR/First Aid certification, with preferred supervisory experience and strong organizational skills. Flexibility for shifts during shortages or emergencies is expected.
