What You'll Do
Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community
Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance
Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning
What You’ll Need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the State of Minnesota
At least 18 years old
Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred, but not required
