Job Summary:

About the Role:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs. You will be responsible for:
Leadership: Providing guidance and mentorship to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Patient Care: Ensuring that our patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care that meets their individual needs and exceeds their expectations.
Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensuring that our nursing department is in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
