Job description
Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care is seeking a Director of Nursing in Minot, ND. This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, clinical quality, and survey readiness for the nursing department.
You’ll hire, coach, and retain staff, manage the budget and agency usage, and collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care. Relocation assistance is available.
