Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to our nursing team to achieve desired outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of care

Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and open communication among nursing staff, medical staff, and other departments

Collaborate with the Medical Staff and other leadership teams to develop and implement nursing programs and services

Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations

Identify and address staffing and skill mix needs to ensure optimal patient care delivery

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Illinois

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
