Job description
Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical services in our senior living community. This role oversees resident assessments, care planning, and medication management while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes. The Director of Nursing supervises and develops nursing staff, supports training and onboarding, and fosters a compassionate, resident-first culture.
