Job Summary

Coordinate resident care with hands-on leadership
Develop and update nursing policies and procedures
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications & Skills
Active Massachusetts RN license
5+ years long-term care experience
3+ years supervisory experience
CPR/First Aid certification
