Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends | No Holidays
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinical nursing operations within an outpatient oncology setting
Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff
Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with clinical standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior oncology experience
Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior outpatient clinical experience
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
Infusion therapy experience
