Job description
UPMC in the Harrisburg area seeks a Senior Director of Nursing Operations responsible for ensuring nursing care meets policy, standards, regulatory and budget guidelines, and for driving quality patient care through leadership and resource utilization.
The role leads development and evaluation of nursing units, participates in clinical design initiatives, and represents Patient Care Services on nursing matters in the VP's absence.
