Job description
Upper Bay Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to lead the operating room operations and drive initiatives to improve patient care and efficiency. The role reports to the Administrator and collaborates to ensure fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation.
The Director will oversee credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and staff development, with a focus on clinical outcomes and service excellence in a surgical setting.
